Welcome!
About Me...
This is the start of my thirteenth year as an ESOL educator, and my sixth this year here at Hazel Grove Elementary.
I absolutely love having the opportunity to be a part of your students' academic journey. I strive daily to encourage, support, and be a positive role model for each and every one of my students. This year I serve EL students in Kindergarten, first, second, third, fourth, and fifth grade.
I graduated from Jackson County Comprehensive High School in 1989. In 2004, I returned to college to earn my teaching degree. In 2009, I graduated with honors from Georgia State College (presently the University of North Georgia). Before moving to Habersham County, I taught for 8 years at Maysville Elementary in Jackson County.
I live in Baldwin, Georgia, and I have three children: Aaron, 34; Jacob, 27; and Kelsey, 26. I also have four grand-children, Maria (age 10) and Jeremiah (age 6), Oaklynn (age 3), and Ellie (8 months)

¡Bienvenido!
